The Ford fuel system consists of fuel filter, fuel pump, gas lines, the gas tank, fuel injectors or carburators and the combustion chamber.Fords run on gasoline, ethanol gas blend, diesel fuel or biodiesel blends.
The fuel system mixed with air, provides and stores fuel to the cylinders where it’s vaporized and burned to produce combustion.
Whenever you press down on your Ford’s gas pedal, then you control. The pedal tell the valve while the computer controls amount of gas, air that is much to let in.
The gas is sucked into the engine cylinders, ingnited from the spark plug, making a clean burn that powers the Ford.
